State Farm tried to get Oklahoma’s racketeering case thrown out. The judge said no. Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s suit — alleging a coordinated “Hail Focus Initiative” to deny and underpay wind and hail claims — now moves forward, case CJ-2026-1066.
